BLICKFANG

Cinema, installation and immersive media.

BLICKFANG is the international section of Filmfest Schleswig-Holstein dedicated to experimental moving image practices. The programme brings together short films, installations, and immersive works at the intersection of cinema, visual art, and new media.

The section functions as an open field for aesthetic experimentation and artistic research. It presents works that challenge perception, question cinematic conventions, and explore new forms of image-making and storytelling.

BLICKFANG examines how moving images construct, distort, and reframe reality—between memory, embodiment, and digital simulation.
